How to Fix Printer Error "Communication Not Available"

Re install the printer by following these steps:
  1. Power off the printer
  2. Disconnect the USB and Power Adapter from the printer
  3. Delete the printer from the printers control panel.
  4. Uninstall the Printer Utility using the uninstall utility in the control panel
  5. Restart the Computer
  6. Install the Printer's disc
  7. Reconnected the power adapter
  8. Reconnected the usb cable when prompted by the CD
